"Simply put, this piece is an attempt to create a new form of sound by naturally transitioning the sounds of Ryoji Ikeda, whom I respect, and Merzbow (Masami Akita). This is my attempt.

In addition to my desire to construct my own digital sound world, I also have a desire to be able to produce the sounds of the artists I respect in my own environment (without stealing any particular technology).

In this case, I was able to produce a sound like Ryoji Ikeda's (of course, I am not there yet), so I thought, ""Wouldn't it be interesting to make it into a harsh sound like that of Merzbow? This work was the result of this idea.

I am happy to have managed to create a sound that bridges the gap between two people I respect so much.
Of course, I still haven't caught up with the two of them in terms of sound. So I would like to continue my own evolution.

I also aim to establish my own unique sound world, and dream of one day becoming someone who can talk side by side with the artists I admire so much.


この曲は簡単に言えば自分のリスペクトする池田亮司さんの音とメルツバウ(秋田昌美)さんの音をナチュラルにトランジションしていったら新しい音のカタチになるのではないか？との試みです。

私は独自のデジタルの音世界を構築したいとの願いの他に、自分のリスペクトするアーティストの音を自分の環境で(特段技術を盗んだりはせずに)出せるようになりたいとの願望もあります。

今回はそんな中で池田亮司さんのような音(勿論まだまだ至りませんが)が出せる事ができたので「これをメルツバウさんのようなハーシュサウンドにしていったら面白いのでは？」との着想を得て今回の作品が出来上がりました。

リスペクトしている2人の間の橋渡しのようなポジションの音がなんとかできて嬉しく思っています。
勿論まだまだサウンド的にも2人には追いつきません。ですので、まだまだ自分の進化を続けていきたいと思っています。

そしてそれとは別に自分独自の音世界の確立も目指して、敬愛するアーティストさん達といつか肩を並べて話ができるような人になりたいなぁと夢見ています。"
